To request help from an agent, you will need to Submit a Request. 

1. Go to the top right corner of the Help Center. 

2. Select the orange button at the top right of the page to open a request (help ticket) with DrFirst Support. 

3. Complete the form and Submit. 

• If you Sign in to the Help Center, you will be able to see more categories for your issue.
