As of December 2024, Symantec tokens will no longer be used to log in to DrFirst’s Canada Admin Portal. Instead, you will receive a one-time verification code via email after entering your username and password.
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is an extra layer of security used to ensure that people trying to access an online account are who they say they are. The multi-factor requires at least 2 ways to authenticate your account:
- Login credentials
- Unique identifier (one-time verification code)
