This article is primarily for admin users who will sign into DrFirst’s Canada Admin Portal for the first time. Admin Portal allows an organization administrator to view details about an organization and prescribers that are sent via prescriptions.
Administrators who log in for the first time will need to first set up login credentials (password, security question and answer).
1. Go to your email from no-reply@drfirst.com which contains your username and prompts you to click a link.
Note: If the link expired, follow instructions on the email and go to Forgot Password.
2. Create your login credentials (unique password, security question and answer).
Click on the checkbox to indicate you accept the terms of use before clicking Activate Account.
3. Try logging in with your credentials.
1. Go to the Canada Admin Portal Website.
2. Enter your assigned username and the password that you created.
Click on the checkbox that says, "I am not a robot." before logging in.
3. Enter the verification code on the OTP Verification screen.

- This code is a one-time verification code sent to your registered email and is necessary for multi-factor authentication (MFA). The code will come from a DrFirst email, explaining that an attempt was made to log in to your account.
- It is valid for 5 minutes.
- Each time you log in to your account you will be required to complete this multi-factor authentication (MFA). Note: MFA is crucial to keeping your account secure.
If you haven't received a code, or your code expired, click Resend CTP.

After entering your code, click Submit.

Note: If you enter the wrong code, you will receive a warning with the number of attempts you have left before your account is locked.

4. You'll see the home page of the Admin Portal upon successfully logging in with your password and one-time verification code.
